JNOR provides independent, credible, and consistent measurement of Out-of-Home audiences across formats and environments. Our research delivers valuable insights into audience reach, frequency, and engagement, helping advertisers, agencies, and media owners make informed decisions based on real-world movement and behavioural data.

TRAVEL SURVEY
Our OOH Travel Survey is a core component of our people-centred measurement approach across the island of Ireland, ensuring that audience metrics accurately reflect real-world geo-demographics, as well as reach and frequency.
To collect this data, Ipsos has developed an innovative electronic data collection app called Mobi Quest. The app captures accurate location and movement data in outdoor environments and is also capable of recording visits to indoor spaces such as shopping centres and airports.

TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
The Joint Industry Committee (JICs) are owned by the industry – advertisers, agencies, and media owners – to deliver transparent and objective audience measurement for each medium.
